- Two days later…Two days later.
- Kevin gets an email.Kevin gets an email on his phone. It's the follow-up Steve arranged. He opens it in his usual mail app, with the task there to remind him what it's about.
- Straight from email to the conversation. There's an Open conversation button in the email. One tap takes Kevin to a secure page in his browser. No new account to create, and nothing to install before he can reply.
- The answer stays with the task.So he sends the address. A quick message, then Send. The useful part is that the answer belongs to this task, rather than becoming another thing for Steve to remember to copy out of an inbox.
- Back in your workspace…Back at Steve's desk, there's a new reply on Send the package. He can see which task needs his attention straight away.
- There’s the address.Open the update, and there's Kevin's address, with the conversation around it. No need to piece together what this reply was about.
- Keep the conversation going.Steve can answer from here. Thanks, Kevin. I'll send it tomorrow. Just a normal exchange, kept with the thing they're trying to get done.
- On Kevin’s phone…And on Kevin's phone, that reply appears in the conversation he already has open. He's still using the browser page from the email.
- A quick thank-you.A quick thank-you from Kevin, and they're sorted. The information has arrived, and both people know what happens next.
- Kevin has sent the address. Now the next move belongs to Steve again. He's got the address. The package hasn't been sent yet, but there's nothing left to wait for.
- Stop waiting. It’s back in Steve’s court. So Steve turns off Waiting. The confirmation matters: this closes Kevin's access to that secure conversation. Steve keeps the history. Once he confirms and saves, the package returns to Quick capture, ready for him to do.
- Want to come back to it?And when Steve needs the address again, he doesn't have to search far. Lyso keeps his conversation history.
- Your conversations, together. This brings the conversations together in one place. Here's Send the package. The task name makes it easy to recognise the exchange you're looking for.
- The address is still here when you need it.Open it, and the address is still here. Kevin's access has ended, but Steve can still look back at their conversation.
- Less chasing. More getting things done.Less hunting through messages. Less wondering who needs to do what. Just the conversation, with the task it belongs to. Next, let's bring a little organisation to the rest of the list.
