LYSO

Waiting without forgetting

Stop keeping follow-ups in your head.

Some tasks are not yours to finish yet. Lyso keeps delegated, blocked and reply-dependent work visible, without letting it compete with what you can do now.

01

Mark it Waiting

Say who or what the task is waiting for. It moves out of the immediate work while remaining easy to find.

02

Choose when to follow up

Add a simple duration such as two days or one week. Lyso calculates the follow-up from when Waiting began.

03

Send one polite reminder

If you choose, Lyso sends a single operational email when the task is still waiting. The recipient does not need a Lyso account.

04

Close the loop

Completing the task or stopping Waiting cancels an unsent reminder, so an obsolete follow-up is not left behind.

01

A separate workflow

Waiting is managed from the task menu and its status badge, keeping ordinary task editing light.

02

Replies when useful

You can allow a recipient to reply through a private, time-limited conversation without making them join your workspace.

03

You control what is shared

Task details and due dates are shared only when you choose them for that conversation.

04

Respectful by design

Automatic Waiting email is a one-off reminder, not a campaign. Recipients can stop further messages using the supplied private link.

A calmer next step

Keep moving without repeatedly checking.

Lyso Free includes five automatic Waiting follow-ups each month, with no time limit and no task limit.
